Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our fine art prints and want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Because each print is custom-made to order, our return and refund policies reflect the bespoke nature of our products.


Our Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your print for any reason, please reach out to us before initiating a return. We will work with you to find a solution — whether that means providing guidance on framing and display, offering a reprint in a different size or medium, or addressing any other concern. We believe in building lasting relationships with our collectors.


Custom Nature of Products

All prints sold by Taberner Studio Photography are custom-made to order by our professional print lab. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order — including size, media type, and finishing options — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the print has not yet entered production. Once production begins (typically within 1 business day), your order can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number at support@tabernerstudio.com.


Color Accuracy & Monitor Differences

We make every effort to display our photographs as accurately as possible on our website. However, colors on your screen may differ from the physical print due to variations in monitor calibration, display settings, brightness, and screen technology. Our prints are produced using museum-grade archival inks on professional media, and the final print is the most accurate representation of the artist's intent. Differences between your screen and the physical print are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, including the packaging if the item was damaged in transit
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will review your claim within 2 business days. For confirmed shipping damage, we will send a replacement immediately. For manufacturing defects, we may request the item be returned (at our expense) before issuing a replacement or full refund.


Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows it as lost or undeliverable, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be recovered, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference. Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please do not ship any items back to us without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender. We are not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a lost package.
